COVID-19 Operating Procedures

The health, safety, and welfare of the public and Court staff is our foremost priority. The Roswell Municipal Court is complying with the safety guidelines set forth by the Georgia Supreme Court, consistent with public health guidance. Please expect the following measures when you arrive for your Court date:
  • Face Coverings: When entering the Court staging area, the Courtroom, Room 210, or the Probation Offices, masks are required. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided for you.
  • Hand Sanitizer Use: Sanitizing stations are located throughout City Hall, the Court Room, Room 210, and the Probation Office. Please utilize these to maintain hand hygiene.
  • Social Distancing will be monitored and enforced at all times. Please make sure to look for yellow tape markings on the floors and benches to ensure proper social distancing.

Please be aware of the one-way directional arrows on the ground. These arrows control the flow of foot traffic to comply with social distancing.
  • COVID-19 screening will occur at the entrance to the Courtroom. In the event you have a fever of 100 degrees or higher, your Court date will be automatically reset.
